GFA TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Global Furniture Alliance Limited. All prices are in £ sterling, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative.

DELIVERY CHARGED

Delivery is free on all stock orders, delivered to your store or warehouse.

For Direct Home Delivery (DHD) orders within the UK mainland (excluding Highland, Grampian, & Tayside) will be subject to a carriage charge of £25 to £50 per Chair/Footstool set.

Goods will be delivered to you at the address you supply at the time of ordering. The goods will be delivered as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery within any particular time.

PAYMENT

Our standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

All goods remain the sole property of GFA until paid for in full and title will not pass until payment has been made in full

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the goods delivered to you are not as ordered (i.e. Incorrect item or quantity), or are damaged or defective on receipt, please notify us in writing (including email and fax) within three working days of the delivery of the goods, otherwise we cannot accept liability.

DISTANCE SELLING

We are aware that online retailers are subject to the distance selling regulations and obliged to receive goods back within 7 days, for no other reason than a customer has changed their mind. Please note that, unless a product has a fault that cannot be rectified by provision of a spare part, we would expect such returns to be dealt with and sold off by the retailer

We would request that any GFA models on your web-site be given a different name, to avoid any conflict with other customers

STATUTORY RIGHTS PRESERVED

Nothing in these terms and conditions:

1. affects any of your statutory rights that may not be excluded or limited, or

2. excludes or limits our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

FORCE MAJEURE

We will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in complying with any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by any event or circumstance outside our reasonable control.

GENERAL

These terms and conditions are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, English law. By confirming your order you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of the sale of goods. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
