GFA DIRECT HOME DELIVERY

 

GFA offers a Direct Home Delivery (DHD) service to online retailers and to those ‘high street’ retailers, who occasionally require a product despatched direct to their customer.

 

Our standard delivery charge for all models is just £25-£50 per seat and our lead time for delivery to your customer is 5-14 working days or 14-21 working days (dependent on the model and subject to stock availability).

 

Lead times quoted are of course, subject to stock and the item/s will be delivered boxed, direct to your customer’s door.

 

The delivery charges quoted are for England and Wales only. The charges for Scotland and Eire are on application and a postcode will be needed for us to confirm pricing.

 

 

DHD PROCESS

 

GFA is very well set up for DHD to your customers and the process is very straightforward.

 

When we receive your order, subject to your account being up to date we will contact your customer to book in delivery of their chair/s so we would ask that you always supply your customers’ name, address, plus landline and mobile phone numbers if possible. We would request that orders are either faxed to 01291 645099 or e-mailed to admin@gfa.uk.com

 

A weekly e-mailed stock update is available to GFA customers, on request. Just let us know the address you would like it

e-mailed to.

 

We can provide you with images and comprehensive product information, including a product profile on each model. All you have to do is, let us know what you need from us to help you sell our products.
